Ordering Process
Requirement Collection and Confirmation
Please inform us of your target industry focus, such as cosmetics, personal care products, household chemicals, or household cleaning solutions.
Customer's exact requirements, including the materials, packaging materials, bottle type, bottle height and metering range.
Customized Design Proposal
Please send us your sample photos, production capacity, factory address (so we can check the voltage), production line dimensions and layout, etc.
Machine Concept and Design
Our advanced technical team provides detailed structural, electrical, and software designs and generates customized drawings.
Prototype Manufacturing and Testing
Sample testing is conducted using packaging materials provided by the customer to verify filling accuracy and production speed.
Production Initiation
A deposit is required upfront to request 2000-5000 sample pieces for machine production and testing. Machines will be customized based on actual samples.
Video/On-site Testing
TRPACK welcomes client invitations for video calls to verify smooth machine operation. Clients are also invited to China for on-site training before final payment.
Standard Quality Control
All functional and electrical components undergo repeated inspections to ensure smooth operation without requiring samples.
Full Machine Testing with Your Products
TRPACK will conduct at least 1 hour of operational testing using actual customer samples on the machine. Our technical engineers will document all issues to provide further training.
Door-to-Door Shipping
You may opt to prepay import duties to reduce machine import costs. The machine will be delivered directly to your local factory.
After-Sales Service
Should you require assistance beyond video call guidance, we can arrange support from Chinese or local engineers.

| 03 | Machine Warranty | During the one-year warranty period, TRPACK will provide replacement parts free of charge if parts are damaged due to quality issues and not human factors. Shipping costs can be paid upon delivery or in advance. |
| 04 | Installation, commissioning and training | TRPACK provides installation guides, operation manuals and videos. If on-site assistance from an expert is required, our engineers can provide installation and commissioning services on site during normal working hours. Number of professional personnel required for installation and commissioning is 1–2 people. Buyer pays the expert fees: US$200/person/day + all travel expenses (visa, airfare, meals, local transport, hotel accommodation, etc.). Service duration: 3–7 days, depending on the quantity and specifications of the products. |
| 05 | After-sales service | (1) Regarding goods delivery, vulnerable parts and user manuals will be delivered with the machine. (2) When you encounter problems using our machines, we always provide three ways to solve your problems within 24 hours: A. Provide illustrated solutions as soon as possible. B. Provide face-to-face solutions via video call on WeChat or WhatsApp. C. Arrange for an engineer to provide on-site service. (3) All parts damaged due to non-human factors can be replaced free of charge during the warranty period. After the warranty period, replacement parts will be charged at the factory price. (4) Your order information will be entered into our Customer Relationship management (CRM) system. We will provide lifelong after-sales service. |
