Aluminum Foil Sealing Online Quality Inspection System

For products sealed with aluminum foil using heat sealing or electromagnetic sealing, the limitations of the human eye and conventional cameras prevent them from seeing through the bottle cap or aluminum foil to directly observe the sealing condition. Therefore, traditional inspection methods cannot be used for quality control. With the development of infrared thermal imaging technology, the application of advanced thermal imaging technology combined with digital image processing technology in the automation industry, and the analysis of product temperature distribution using infrared thermal imaging to ensure the integrity of the aluminum foil seal, has become a mainstream trend worldwide.

Working Principle:

On the automated production line, workpieces sealed by heat sealing or electromagnetic induction are transported to an infrared thermal imaging inspection station. An infrared thermal imager captures thermal images of the sealed bottle caps, and these images are transmitted to a high-speed image processing system for computation and recognition. Through statistical analysis of the temperature distribution model of the thermal images after aluminum foil sealing, the system determines whether the bottle caps are qualified or unqualified. Unqualified products are rejected to a designated area, while qualified products are transported to the next process.

Function:

1. Simple and Practical Functional Interface:

The system's main interface adopts a simple design style, with only one level of depth in the operation interface, simplifying the operation process and making the software easier to use. The main interface of the detection system is shown in the image below.

2. Parameter Import Function:

This function aims to reduce debugging time when dealing with multiple testing products. Clicking the "Save" button saves the currently configured parameters. When testing different products, simply click "Load" to import the required parameters and begin testing.

3. Convenient Operation:

Simplify detection parameters and start detection with one click.

4. Production Statistics Table:

The system provides the total quantity, the total quantity removed, and the quantity of qualified products. Customization is available to meet customer needs.

5. Defect Removal and Collection:

 Non-conforming products are removed and collected using a cylinder.
