Function:

1. Full servo control, with low noise, simple and convenient operation, and high control accuracy.
2.Push rod type conveyor belt, touchscreen control, fixed bagger.
3.Due to the straight-up-and-down running path of the cutting knife, and the belt connection for discharging after packing, it can ensure the stable discharge of the products, increase the packing speed, and complete packing within the shortest bag length. Especially for products requiring high speed, this equipment's stable operation mode and bag length feature offer more advantages compared to the rotating machine. It also reduces unnecessary actions and the troubles caused by bottle flipping. It lowers the packing cost, is very economical, and has an extremely low usage cost.
4. The reciprocating packing machine has a long heat sealing time, and the sealing is very firm. Especially for this type of high-speed required product, it wastes less material, has a high yield rate and high production efficiency.
5.The reciprocating packing uses a full-power belt at the bottom to drive the product operation, ensuring a smooth transition during the cross-sealing process. This overcomes the defect of the rotating machine being prone to misalignment and deviation, ensuring that the top of the product, the bottle pattern, and the sealing line are parallel and always maintaining that the sealing line is on the center line of the product thickness, guaranteeing the aesthetic appearance of each product.
