Automatic Box Labeling Machine
The fully automatic box labeling machine is composed of a pressing label mechanism, a label taking head, a frame mechanism, a bottle dividing device, a bottle conveying mechanism, an adjustment mechanism, and an electrical box. This machine has mature technology, high labeling accuracy, stable and reliable operation, and is suitable for labeling of round bottles, flat bottles, square bottles and regular flower boxes with self-adhesive labels. It labels on the upper and lower planes of the box ends, and is mainly applied to label labeling of electronic product packaging boxes, cosmetic packaging boxes, medicine boxes, etc.

Function:
1. Servo Labeling System: The main head for sending labels, applying labels, and recovering the base paper is an independent system. It can easily complete the label application and batch number printing actions, with high-speed, stable, and precise label application. There will be no label breakage phenomenon.

2. Automatic Box Separation Mechanism: The upper pressure mechanism separates the paper boxes evenly based on the speed difference, preventing the occurrence of continuous label omission during the labeling process.

3. Synchronization Correction Mechanism: A synchronous chain correction mechanism is adopted to ensure the stability and accuracy of the flower box. It can also accurately position flower boxes with large curvatures. After balance correction, it proceeds to the synchronous conveying upper pressing mechanism, thereby completing the precise labeling.

4. Synchronous Upward Pressure Conveying Mechanism: The upward pressure conveying mechanism is driven by a single motor through a telescopic arm device. The upward pressure mechanism uses a double-layer synchronous chain to ensure that the bottles are conveyed vertically and smoothly, with precise positioning and no skewing, thus achieving precise positioning for labeling.

5. Automatic Box Sealing Mechanism: Different sealing methods are adopted based on different material labels and boxes to ensure a tight and secure seal for the boxes. (Left in the picture below: cylinder sealing, right: physical sealing)
