Automatic Collaborative Robotic Palletizer

Compared to traditional industrial robots, collaborative robots mainly feature safety, low cost, and ease of use. One of the main selling points of collaborative robots is their flexibility and openness. Collaborative robots provide a rich library of scripting language extensions, and by utilizing the characteristics of scripting languages, the software can achieve higher scalability and portability, resulting in richer and more flexible functionality. Collaborative robots can play many roles, typically service roles and industrial roles. Service-oriented collaborative robots are used in public places to provide information, transport goods, or provide security protection.

Working Principle:

Full Automatic Collaborative robot, electrical control cabinet, vertical lifting axis, base and pallet positioning, end effector, operating system and front-end positioning roller conveyor.

Working Principle:

Ready → Palletizing method settings → Stacking in area A → Stacking in area B → Finish

Working Principle:

Features:

1. Maximum stacking height refers to the use of single-box stacking within the robot arm's working range.
2. With the maximum pallet size (1200mm x 1200mm), a height of 1600mm is generally achievable. The actual stacking height may vary depending on the box size, arrangement, and gripper type.
3. The maximum load capacity of the robot arm itself is 20kg.

Function:

1. Safety and Stability:

It can work directly alongside humans without the need for safety fences, supports 10 levels of collision detection and sensor-based safety detection, provides 16 safety I/O interfaces, maintains safety functions even in the event of a single failure, and the end effector does not drop when power is lost, ensuring product safety and stability.

2. Flexible Deployment:

Integrated design, lightweight and flexible, small footprint, and easy and quick setup of new tasks for the workstation, resulting in high efficiency.

3. Easy Programming:

Learn the programming method in half an hour, and complete simple programming in one hour. Visual programming is simple and efficient, allowing you to easily control the robot without needing to master programming languages.

4. Flexible Manufacturing:

Rapid switching between multiple functional scenarios, enabling flexible production through human-machine collaboration, dual-machine operation, or multi-machine cooperation.

5. Wide Range of Applications:

Widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, 3C (computers, communication, and consumer electronics), daily chemicals, e-commerce, and other industries.
