Automatic Intelligent Bottle Gripper – Terry Packing

TRPACK Intelligent Packaging Solutions

Automatic Intelligent Bottle Gripper

TRPACK Bottle Gripper is an automatic mechanical hand loading mold equipment (an intelligent turnover basket conveying system). The operator places the full bottle turnover baskets, and after the baskets are removed, the empty turnover baskets are automatically collected.

Features:

The bottles on the production line are automatically picked up and placed by robots. This equipment can release 2 to 4 operators to perform the bottle-lifting operation, and it also solves the disorderly situation of packaging materials in the production site, facilitating the environmental management of the operation site. After the bottles are disinfected, they are transported in the form of a turnover box, and the operators do not directly come into contact with the packaging materials, ensuring the quality of the products.

1.Fully Belt-Free Structure: The motor decelerates and the ball screw is directly connected, achieving a fully belt-free structure. This significantly reduces the idle rotation of the front rotating shaft. It can maintain high precision for a long time. And there is no need to worry about the damage, slackening, or aging of the belt, achieving long-term maintenance-free operation.

2.The super-inertial R-axis allows inertial torque: The performance of horizontal multi-joint robots cannot be simply described by standard cycle time. In actual usage environments, there are many heavy workpieces and workpieces with larger offsets. If the R-axis allows a lower inertial torque at this time, it will cause a significant extension of the cycle time. For all the front rotating shafts of YAMAHA robots, they are directly connected to the reducer. Compared with the general transmission structure that uses belts after general reduction, due to the extremely high R-axis allowed inertial torque, it can operate at high speed.
