TR-CGZ Anti-corrosion Gravity Liquid Filling Machine
CGZ-16 is a corrosion-resistant, atmospheric pressure filling machine designed specifically for packaging free-flowing liquids, such as aqueous solutions and emulsions.
The entire machine has a straight-line structure made of an anti-corrosive polypropylene (PP) frame and uses a filling principle that maintains a constant liquid level and speed while timing to achieve precise filling. It is PLC-controlled and has a touchscreen human-machine interface, making operation convenient and intuitive. This equipment is also fitted with a patented electronic weighing feedback control system, meaning the dosage does not need to be adjusted manually. The operation is fully intelligent.

1. It has excellent anti-corrosion performance and is suitable for automatic filling of liquids with good fluidity and corrosiveness. The external frame of the entire machine, the material box, the feeding pipeline, the conveying frame, the filling head, the liquid level detection system, the valves, the knife holder fixing seat and the electrical box are all made of anti-corrosion PP materials. The liquid accumulation tank, cylinder knife holder, actuator transition parts, filling head lifting parts, photoelectric bracket and wiring and exhaust pipes are treated with a special Teflon coating to ensure excellent anti-corrosion performance.
2. The submerged filling method with a cylinder is adopted by the filling head, which can reduce the generation of foam during the filling process of materials prone to foaming, and prevent bottle mouth contamination caused by material overflow. The filling head is anti-corrosive and the mould can be customised according to the customer's packaging materials to achieve an inclined angle for the discharge nozzle. A bottom plug structure controls the dripping and leakage of the material, ensuring the filling head's service life.
3. Multi-channel intelligent detection system: In addition to using normal working liquid level control, this system also incorporates high and low liquid level detection and sound and light alarm devices to prevent abnormal liquid levels. An air pressure detection device is used to measure air pressure. When the air pressure drops below the set value, the equipment will alarm and automatically shut down.
