TR-CL In-line Flowmeter Filling Machine
TR-CL fully automatic In-line Flow Meter is one of the intelligent filling production line series independently developed and manufactured by TRPACK. This machine adopts a servo motor-driven piston cylinder filling method, resulting in stable filling speed, low air consumption, and greater intelligence and user-friendliness. The entire machine is manufactured using SUS304 stainless steel, while parts in contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel. It is suitable for automatic quantitative filling of various bottled pastes and liquids, and is applicable to the daily chemical industry or users with frequent material changes and cleaning requirements.

Function:
1. Each filling head is equipped with a mass flow meter to ensure high precision in filling measurements. KROHNE's OPTIBATCH 4011 mass flowmeter is suitable for use with rotary or linear filling machines. Designed to complement the OPTIMASS range of mass flowmeters, the OPTIBATCH is a specialised instrument for batch processing and filling machinery. As a Coriolis mass flowmeter, the OPTIBATCH has long offered excellent long-term stability and reliability in mass flow measurement.

2. The servo motor is adopted to control the submersible filling of the filling head (this function can be selected to be turned on/ off): The filling head automatically submerges into the bottle for filling, and rises synchronously with the liquid level, which can ensure that high-foaming materials do not overflow and fill the bottle mouth of flat bottles and packing materials.

3. The filling valves on the equipment are custom-made food-grade valves (this valve has patented technology). The valve structure is simple, making disassembly very convenient and ensuring no blind spots for cleaning. All pipelines use hygienic quick-connect pipes and quick-connect joints, fully meeting GMP standards. The disassembly, assembly and cleaning of all valves and pipelines are very convenient. The filling nozzle adopts an external sealing design to prevent dripping and leakage. Each filling head is equipped with a bottle mouth positioning function to prevent the filling head from colliding with the bottle mouth.

a. Customised triangular-shaped guide sleeve made of PEEK (polyether ether ketone) material. PEEK (polyether ether ketone) is a high-performance engineering plastic featuring excellent heat and chemical corrosion resistance, as well as mechanical properties.
b. High temperature resistance: PEEK material can be used long-term in environments with temperatures above 250°C, and its melting point is as high as 343°C.
c. Chemical resistance: PEEK exhibits extremely strong resistance to most chemical reagents, including acids, bases and organic solvents.
d. Mechanical properties: Its tensile strength usually ranges from 90 to 100 MPa, enabling it to withstand significant mechanical stress and maintain stability under high load conditions.
(4) External plugging is used: the plug and the feed nozzle are in surface-to-surface contact to ensure no material leakage.
4. The filling head adjusts the spacing by using snap-in components according to the size of the bottle, which is convenient and fast. (The inner wall is made of PTFE material).

5. Conveying Component: This component serves as the channel for feeding the bottles in. The stopper mechanism effectively holds the bottles in place for filling.

6. It adopts a clean arc-shaped sealed material box design(with a capacity of about 300L), which enables online CIP cleaning.
