TR-CXGJ-1 Automatic Single Head Servo Motor Capping Machine

The TR-CXGJ-1 Automatic Insertion Capping Machine comprises a screwing mechanism, a conveying mechanism and a control system. The machine’s simple, adjustable design offers high production efficiency and strong versatility. This equipment must be used in conjunction with a belt or tracked conveyor line. It is recommended that the belt of the conveyor belt is made of a material with a low friction coefficient. This machine is suitable for use with round, pump and gun caps (the latter of which is a type of cover that can be tightened by a gun head while still allowing the pump head to rotate freely) in the cosmetics industry.

Applicable Bottle

Application:

1. Liquid Personal Care Products:
Application Scenarios: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, laundry detergent, disinfectant, etc.
Application Requirements: Equipment ensures tight thread engagement between caps and bottle necks through automated capping to prevent leakage while meeting high-cleanliness production standards.
2. Skincare and Cosmetics:
Application Scenarios: Serums, lotions, creams, toners, etc.
Application Requirements: Filling and capping operations. Some equipment integrates nitrogen purging to isolate oxygen and extend product shelf life.
3. Special Bottle and Cap Shapes:
Application Scenarios: Irregularly shaped bottles (e.g., square, conical) and complex caps (e.g., pump heads, spray nozzles, child-resistant caps).
Application Requirements: Achieve integrated “cap placement-capping-screw-tightening” operations to minimize manual intervention.

Features:

1. High precision and stability: This equipment uses servo motor drive and torque control technology to ensure a consistent and reliable seal for each bottle cap. It is particularly suitable for products that require high-performance sealing.
2. Ease of operation and flexibility: The equipment design focuses on practicality. For instance, it is equipped with an integrated lifting adjustment mechanism (driven by a hand lever and a gear system for the lifting screw), which enables quick adaptation to different bottle cap heights, reducing manual adjustment time. At the same time, the modular structure and mobile rollers make installation, maintenance, and relocation much more convenient, making it suitable for variable production environments.
3. Adaptability and versatility: The insert-type capping machine is equipped with a variable claw-type clamping mechanism that can accommodate various bottle cap sizes ranging from 30 to 80 millimetres in diameter and supports different container materials such as glass and plastic. It is widely used in the food and cosmetics industries.
4. Efficiency and cost-effectiveness: Automated operations replacing manual labour have significantly increased sealing speed (up to 600 bottles per hour) and reduced reliance on skilled workers. Precise torque control has lowered the product loss rate (e.g. leakage or incorrect sealing). This leads to long-term cost savings in labour and material waste.
5. Reliability and maintainability: By adopting fully sealed technology and wear-resistant components (such as conical gear transmission), the wear of parts and the failure rate are reduced, thereby extending the equipment's lifespan. During maintenance, only a simple inspection of the air path or adjustment of the torque nut is required, with no need for complex tools. This reduces both downtime and the difficulty of maintenance.
