GSG-4 fully automatic follow-up servo motor gear pump filling machine is a type of TRPACK automatic filling equipment with a special linear, four-head, independent follow-up filling configuration design.
Servo motor to drive a gear pump filling mechanism ensures stable filling speeds, low air consumption and enhanced intelligence and user-friendliness. The entire machine is made of SUS304 stainless steel, and the parts that come into contact with materials are made of SUS316L stainless steel. It can automatically fill various bottled pastes and liquids, making it suitable for the daily chemical industry or for users who require frequent material changes and cleaning.

1. Utilizes a bottle separation device to ensure bottles enter the filling zone in isolated positions. Upon photoelectric detection of the bottle neck, a signal is sent to the filling head to follow the bottle neck for filling.
2. Employs a 4-head follow-up filling method. Each follow-up filling system includes two servo motors (one for filling control and one for lateral movement of the filling head).
3. Servo motors control gear pumps for filling, with dosage set via a single touch on the touchscreen.
4. Filling nozzles feature internal plugs to prevent dripping. Each filling head is equipped with a bottle-neck clamping function to prevent impact with the bottle mouth.
5. Open-top material hopper: Suitable for materials requiring higher hygiene standards. The open design facilitates easier cleaning of the hopper, ensuring production environment hygiene and quality while effectively reducing material waste.
