TR-GX-2-2D Rotary Filling and Capping Machine is a comprehensive, fully automatic filling production system integrating multiple functions: blowing and suction, filling, pressing inner stoppers (inner liners), capping, and gripping.

Function:
1. Electrostatic elimination system:

Uses brand-name negative ion generators to remove dust via electrostatic attraction, neutralizing electrostatic charges and absorbing dust through pipelines.
2. High Precision:

The filling dosage is controlled by a servo system, and the speed can be adjusted. Different filling speeds can be achieved for different materials, which effectively solves the problem of foaming.
3. Bottle Mouth Anti-Collision Function:

This feature prevents problems such as material leakage, damage to the bottle mouth, and breakage of the filling head during the filling process.
4. Stable and High Effectiveness:

For products prone to foaming, the latest servo motor is used for submerged filling. This reduces foam and enhances production capacity. The bottom-mounted drive provides greater stability and reliability.
5. Quick Changeover:

The entire filling system features a cart-type design. All valve connection parts are equipped with quick-connect mechanisms for easy disassembly and quick production changes.
6. Safe and Convenient:

The filling power system is built in. During cleaning, simply push the small cart into the cleaning room.
7. Stable Operation:

Using pneumatic pressure to push the inner plug or inner gasket.
8. High-Speed Rotary Capping Pass Rate:

A servo motor controls the capping, with adjustable torque. This design ensures that the cap is not damaged during the capping process, thereby maintaining a high qualification rate of capping.
9. Saving Adjustment Time:

The knob-type adjustment makes it quick and easy to adjust the bottle clamping mechanism.
10. Flexible Robotic Claw Control:

The finished products are transported to the subsequent packaging process using a robotic claw. The size of the claw head can be adjusted.
11. Convenient Jog Function:

The equipment features a jog function for quick adjustments when switching specifications.
12. Automatic Weighing Feedback System:

Automatic weighing feedback system for equipment, automatic adjustment of filling dosage (used for adjusting the dosage during debugging, not for online weight measurement. During normal operation, sampling inspection can be adopted to check the filling accuracy
13. Manual Adjustment Section:

The adjustable range of the mold is 10-70mm, and for diameters within 10-25mm, the mold can be inverted to meet production requirements.
