TR-LP Series Automatic 5L Bottle Unscrambler with Bottle Elevator
The LP Series Automatic Unscrambler with Bottle Elevator (for 5L Bottle) is used for organising polyester bottles.
The bottles, which are in a messy state, are sent to the bottle storage ring of the sorting machine by a lifting mechanism. The bottles enter the internal space of the bottle frame because of the push force of the rotating disc. This makes them self-align. The bottles are arranged with their mouths facing up and upright using a bottle-flipping and -guiding device. They are then sent through an air-suction bottle conveying system to the next stage of the process. The body of this machine is made of high-quality stainless steel, and other parts are made of non-toxic and durable materials. The electrical and pneumatic systems on the bottle unscrambler use imported components. The whole process is controlled by computer programming. So, the equipment rarely breaks down and it’s very reliable.
