Function:
1. Labeling Motor System: It adopts the original Japanese Yaskawa medium inertia servo motor system. The response speed is 1200 times/ minute, with strong torque and high speed. It has closed-loop control, ensuring no loss of synchronization. It avoids unstable situations such as missed labeling, skewed labels, or inaccurate label placement. The stop accuracy is 0.2mm.

2. PLC Operation Control System: The latest PLC series of German SIEMENS (Siemens) SMART, with 40 input/output points, has extremely fast response speed and high stability. It can complete all labeling calculations and preparations upon startup, truly representing an intelligent control system.

3. Human-machine Operation Interface: The latest advanced touch-type human-machine interface. The display is clear, all in Chinese, facilitating operation. The interface shows real-time parameters of the entire machine's operation. It has an extremely powerful self-diagnosis function. In case of abnormal faults, such as running out of labels and ribbons, belt breakage, paper omission, reaching the counting setting limit, or mechanical abnormalities, it will automatically stop, issue an alarm, and immediately display the cause and the solution. The cantilever screen design is convenient for manual multi-angle operation.

5. Servo Labeling System: The main head for sending labels, applying labels, and recovering the base paper is an independent system. It can easily complete labeling and batch number printing, providing high-speed, stable, and precise labeling. There will be no label breakage phenomenon.

6. Synchronous Chain Correction Mechanism: By adopting the synchronous chain correction mechanism, it ensures that the Bottles are stable and precise. Even for bottle shapes with pronounced curvature, it can accurately position and balance the correction. After precise correction, it proceeds to the synchronous conveying upper pressing mechanism, thereby completing the precise labeling.

7. Synchronous Upper Pressure Conveying Mechanism: The upper pressure conveying mechanism is driven by the same motor through a crank arm device. The upper pressure mechanism adopts a double-layer synchronous chain to ensure that the bottles are conveyed vertically and stably, with precise positioning and no tilting, thereby achieving precise positioning for labeling.
