The TR-XG-2S Capping Machine is the latest integrated tracking servo motor capping machine from TRPACK. The equipment adopts the independent tracking form of servo cap securing. The entire machine consists of the cap-securing mechanism, the conveying mechanism and the control system. The overall structure of the machine is simple, easy to adjust, has high production efficiency and strong versatility.

1. Convenient and Durable: The clamping belt employs a servo motor-driven one-piece molded belt for long-lasting durability, ensuring bottles remain stable during capping. Changeovers require only adjusting the bottle clamping belt spacing for quick and convenient operation.
2. Tracking Capping: The capping manipulator picks up the cap and completes the capping function while tracking the bottle's movement.
3. No Damage, Cap-friendly Design: Silicone soft-grip capping wheels with servo motor-controlled adjustable torque, suitable for high-torque capping.
