The TR-XG-5S Capping Machine is the latest integrated tracking servo motor capping machine from TRPACK. The equipment adopts an overall integrated tracking form of servo cap securing. It is composed of a horizontal tracking module, a servo cap-securing mechanism, a circular cap-securing mechanism, and a Schneider control system. The machine’s simple, easy-to-adjust structure offers high production efficiency and strong versatility.

Application Requirements: Filling and capping operations. Some equipment integrates nitrogen purging to isolate oxygen and extend product shelf life.

It supports constant torque or pulse torque output modes, effectively preventing seal failure or bottle cap damage. Function:
1. Cap Feeding System:

Circular, equally spaced straight cap conveyor track;
Five sets of mechanical grippers for automatic, precise cap retrieval.
1.1 Linear Cap Conveyor Track: Utilizes POM flexible conveyor chain to prevent cap jamming and ensures long-term use without contaminating bottle caps.
1.2 Equal-distribution Transport Bottle Cap Track: Utilizes a rotary cap-distribution system with adjustable pump cap spacing.

2. Bottle Separation System: Utilizes a clamping conveyor belt to evenly space bottles apart, ensuring the bottles remain intact.

2.1 Bottle condition prior to capping: Bottles are tightly packed.

2.2 Condition after bottle separation by the device: Spacing between bottles corresponds to the spacing of the capping heads.
3. Automatic Cap Retrieval System: Upon bottle detection by the photoelectric sensor, the robotic claw automatically retrieves caps from the rotary cap distribution system. The lateral transfer module tracks the bottle.

Tube straightening device, ensuring qualified pumptube insertion into bottles.
4. Automatic Capping System:

After automatic cap retrieval and tube alignment, the PLC centrally controls the bottle and capping gripper to move to the synchronization point. The capping head then descends to begin capping (while the bottle-holding module ensures the bottle remains stable during capping). When the capping torque reaches the preset value, the capping head automatically releases and returns to its original position to retrieve another cap and cap the next bottle.
5. Silicone soft-grip capping mechanism with servo motor control for adjustable torque, suitable for high-torque capping applications. Ensures caps remain undamaged during capping (utilizes a three-claw capping system).
