TR-ZH-50 Automatic Tuck and Tongue Boxes Cartoning Machine is a new model developed and researched by our company, based on advanced technologies from both domestic and international sources. It is a high-tech product integrating optics, electricity, gas and machinery. As a result, the equipment’s performance and efficiency have been significantly improved, enabling the fulfillment of the requirement for rapid box-filling and maintaining a stable, reliable state even during rapid operation.

Function:

1. The bottle width can be adjusted using the handle; the adjustment mechanism includes a scale.
Other manufacturers' bottle molds consist of two plates per set, requiring 36 sets of molds to be changed for each bottle type.

2. A set of robotic claws automatically picks up bottles and places them in the storage bin. This process applies to water, lotion, and cream bottles. The suction cups attach to the bottles and place them in the conveying bin.

3. One set of robotic claws automatically picks up bottles and places them in the storage bin for items like tubes and metal tubes. Suction cups hold the bottle bodies and place them in the conveying bin.

4. The robotic claw automatically takes out the outer box and opens it. (Automatically removes the outer box blank from the storage unit and opens it to place it in the paper box chain. If there is no product, no outer box will be placed. There is a reminder for the lowest position of the outer box.

5. All the adjustable parts are marked with scales and have red labels, which make it easy for the operators to adjust. The height adjustment is locked by a fixed handle (no tools required).
