The TRF-100 Tube Filling and Sealing Machine from TRPACK is an automatic, integrated packaging machine designed to seal plastic and aluminum-plastic composite tubes used in the cosmetics, skincare, hair care, household chemicals, pharmaceutical, and other specialized industries. Primarily for packaging and sealing paste-like, cream-like, and viscous fluid materials.
It has a simple, compact structure and requires minimal floor space. This machine is equipped with a programmable controller and can automatically perform tube supply, label recognition, filling, tail cutting, sealing, pressing, and product output.
This machine has a high level of safety, stable operation, and precise positioning. The parts that come into contact with materials are made of 316 stainless steel, which complies with GMP requirements.

Function:

After hot air sealing, the batch number can be printed on either side or both sides. After the characters are pressed and coded, the end is cut off.
