The TR-FZCX Fully Automatic Bottle Air Rinser is a cutting-edge bottle cleaning solution for a variety of cosmetic and daily chemical bottles and jars. It is specifically designed for bottles that cannot be washed with water. When bottles are conveyed to the washer, they are inverted to ensure efficient processing. After negative-ion filtration and purification of the air inside the bottle, any residual dirty air that could contaminate the equipment is discharged.

The TR-FZCX Bottle Washing and Rinsing Machine is suitable for both glass and plastic bottles, and can handle large-sized bottles, not just those with fixed dimensions. Its user-friendly design allows users to easily switch to other bottle types without manual adjustments. Meanwhile, the machine's transparent cabinet-style cover allows direct observation of the cleaning process, ensuring quality and safety. After completing the automatic bottle cleaning process, the bottles are conveyed to the filling and packaging stages.
1. Cleaner Dust Removal Effect: The inverted structure uses air flow to blow back inside the bottle, effectively removing accumulated dust. The dust removal effect is superior to that of traditional pulse dust removal. It has high dust removal efficiency, reaching 85% to 95% for particles larger than 5μm, and also has excellent capture ability for fine dust.
2. Significantly Reduced Maintenance Costs: The structure is simple and has no rotating parts, resulting in maintenance costs only 1/5 of electrostatic precipitators.
